Schedule a telehealth consultation with our Provider to determine which program would be most appropriate for you. A lab test will be requested prior to this scheduled appointment.

Consultations

Consultations are a non-refundable service of $50

Consultations include:

• Evaluation of your current health status and eligibility for the various programs offered.

• Interpretation of a patient's lab work. Lab work requests will be sent to the local lab of the patients choosing. (Quest, LabCorp, etc)

• Guidance on proper diet and lifestyle modifications to ensure success. 

Concierge Services are available at added cost.

Consultations and treatment via telecommunication.
